Data collected
Booking data: when you book a discovery call, the information you provide (name, email address and any details you share) is collected through our scheduling tool Cal.com.
Browsing data: if you consent via the cookie banner, anonymous audience measurement is performed (page views, visit duration).
No data is collected without your knowledge and no user account is created on this site.
Purposes and legal bases
To respond to your discovery call request and follow up commercially: legal bases = pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
To measure site audience in order to improve it: legal basis = your consent.
Cookies and audience measurement
This site does not use advertising cookies. Audience measurement (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) is only activated after your explicit consent via the dedicated banner.
You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time. If you refuse, no audience measurement is performed.
Data recipients
Your data is never sold. It may be processed by our technical sub-processors: Cal.com (scheduling) and Vercel (hosting and audience measurement). These providers only use your data to deliver their service.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (Vercel, Cal.com) may host data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards compliant with the GDPR.
Retention period
Data related to a call request is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and manage the business relationship, then archived or deleted in accordance with applicable legal periods.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to tom@automai.fr.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
